This competition is not sponsored or administered by or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that you do not have any rights towards Instagram and/or Facebook relating to this competition.
To take part in this competition you need to create a design that can be used for the creation of a SCOTT goggle strap and submit it under https://freerideworldtour.qualifioapp.com/quiz/1353139_2936/ScottGoggleContest25.html.

This competition is organized by SCOTT Sports SA, Route du Crochet 11, 1762 Givisiez, Switzerland hosted on platforms of Freeride World Tour (FWT) Management SA, Route de Verbier 115, 1936 Verbier, Switzerland. By participating in this competition, the following Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted:

By taking part in this competition, you allow SCOTT to use your design for commercial or any other purposes without restrictions on a worldwide level. SCOTT has the right to publish your design (e.g. on social media), to alter your design and/or use it for the creation of second-hand works. SCOTT is not obliged to grant any compensation to you for the use of your design respectively your copy right protected material.
Participation is limited to natural persons. Persons under the age of 18 need consent from their legal guardian to enter. Persons resident in Italy are not allowed to take part in this competition.
The competition starts on January 9th 2024, 02.00 pm (CEST) and ends on March 31st 2024, 11:59 pm (CEST).
SCOTT will evaluate submitted designs and choose one winner at its own discretion. The winner will be contacted by direct email. If the winner does not reply to SCOTT until May 1st 2024 (11:59 pm CEST), he/she will automatically lose the right to the prize and a new winner will be chosen amongst the remaining.
The winner’s design will be used to create a SCOTT goggle strap. The winner will get one pair of goggles with such a strap free of cost, sent to his/her home address.
